Busy time for Snow Trails

CLEAR FORK VALLEY — Cold weather and snow hasn’t deterred numbers of people from using their free time over the holidays to be outdoors.

Parking lots at Snow Trails, outside Butler and Bellville, were full most days of last week.

Snowmaking began in early December, according to Scott Crislip, general manager of the resort.

Snow Trails has a large rental building, where people can rent skiing equipment.

The tubing area is to the side of a large building where people can purchase ski clothing, and get food.
