CLEAR FORK VALLEY — Folks who have a yen to get together with friends from their Butler school classes are invited to the alumni banquet which will be May 5.

People were urged to tell a committee member of their interest by April 10. That date has been extended.

Pat Shavers, an organizer of the event, said this will be the 81st banquet. Classes graduating in 1948 and 1958 will be celebrating anniversaries.

It will be the 70th anniversary of the 1948 class, and the 60th anniversary of the class of 1958.

Janice Wyckoff, superintendent of Clear Fork schools, will speak and bring everyone up to date on construction projects for new elementary buildings in Butler and Bellville.

Brad Snyder, president of the Clear Fork Valley Foundation, will also share information about his group.

Anyone who did not get an invitation may contact Roger Stevens at 419-883-2475.
