Clear Fork schools resume classes after bomb threat hoax

Classes have resumed as scheduled, following a Code Green lockdown at Clear Fork High School and Middle School earlier this morning.

The proceedural lockdowns came as a result of an alleged bomb threat hoax, according to school officials.

A Clear Fork High School student is currently in custody for the scare after area law enforcement quickly arrived on the scene.

The threat was promptly handled by both school administration and staff, as well as the Richland County Sheriff’s Department according to school officials.
