Samantha Altman named Miss Poppy


Samantha Altman, this year’s Miss Poppy, presents a bright red blossom to Bellville Mayor Teri Brenkus. Miss Poppy is chosen from a group of youngsters ages six to 38. Samantha is the daughter of Deborah and John Altman. She will ride in parades representing Irvin Hiskey American Legion Post #535.
