National Youth Violence Prevention Week marked

April 4-8 is National Youth Violence Prevention Week. CACY would like to bring attention to this campaign as 60% of American Children are exposed to violence, crime, or abuse in their homes, schools or communities. Some tips on keeping your cool are: Tell the person you are having a conflict with you want to work it out peacefully as soon as the conflict starts, use a calm tone of voice, walk away and give yourself time to calm down, treat people with respect even when you are angry.
