CLEAR FORK VALLEY — A production of Footloose, a musical, is about to be revealed to the public at the Clear Fork High School.

Students have been practicing steps and learning lines and songs for the musical, which will be presented March 16, 17 and 18.

The original screenplay of Footloose was written by Dean Pitchford, and performers, young and old, have used the songs for the past 34 years.

Main roles in the Clear Fork production will be played by Mikayla Vail, who is playing Ariel, and Gavin Boehm, who is playing Ren.

Other lead performers are Sam Brandes, playing the Rev. Shaw Moore, Brooke Hursh playing Vi Moore, Ben Blubaugh playing Willard, and Erin Gadfield playing Rusty.

The performances March 16 and 17 will be at 7 p.m.

The March 18 performance will be at 2:30 p.m. in the Clear Fork auditorium.

Tickets are $7 and will go on sale March 13 at the Clear Fork office.
