I would like to extend a very well deserved “Thank You” from the Village of Butler Police Department.

Without the help of many volunteers throughout the community and the use of the “Three Crosses Church” the 2015 Butler Safety Town would not have been the success that it was. As the Chief of Police I am proud of all that helped this year. I would like to thank the youth group members of the Three Crosses Church of Butler.

The youth group greatly contributed to the success. I would also like to thank Jason Snyder Three Crosses Youth Group pastor, Sandy Salkovick of the Butler Elementary School “Parents Club”, The Richalnd County Sheriff’s Department, Bellville Police Department, The Ohio State Highway Patrol, and Stodts Market for supplying food items for the Safety Town Graduation. Also to the Worthington Twp./Butler Fire Department for volunteering their time to talk to the kids about fire safety, and to Lodge #32 of the Faternal Order of Police for their monetary donation.

A special thanks to Stephanie Crow and Lynette McCune for helping the Butler Police Department through the week of Safety Town.

Brian J. Darby II, Chief of Police
