After failing, the individual was arrested and transported to the Ohio Highway Patrol where a breath test returned .116 Blood Alcohol Content. The individual was issued a citation for OVI and for a defective tail light.

The driver failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of .104. The driver was issued a citation for OVI and marked lanes.
A driver on Main Street admitted he did not have a license after being stopped on routine patrol. An officer searched the vehicle and located a syringe with a clear liquid believed to be heroin. The driver was arrested and the syringe was sent for further testing. Pending the results of the testing, the charges will be submitted to the Richland County Prosecutor for Possession of Heroin.
