Butler police officials are thrilled with a new solar traffic system with flashing lights which is designed to help keep traffic safe in front of Butler Elementary.
The project, which was paid with village funds, was installed on March 29.
“We’ve received great feedback on this,” Butler Police Chief Brian Darby said. “There’s always been a need here.”
“I’m very pleased about this,” Butler Police Lt. Rodney Fry added. “These signs will protect children.”
