Thanksgiving was a bad day for turkeys. Not only were they the protein of choice on dinner tables across the nation, it was also a favorite target for these hunters near Loudonville. From the left: Mike Brown, Tucker Sage, Billy Harris and Juan Morales show off the the turkeys and one coyote they harvested last Thursday. They said it was a very memorable hunt, and a good start to their Thanksgiving celebration. According to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, hunters harvest 1,117 wild turkeys in Ohio. The season ended Sunday.
